Im dritten Teil dieses Buches werden die verschiedenartigsten Beschläge, Blöcke and so forth. durch Zeichnungen und Skizzen dargestellt, die artwork ihrer Beanspruchung zu erörtert und Tabellen oder Formeln über die Abmessungen gegeben.
Ergänzt wird das Werk durch umfangreiche Detailzeichnungen und Riggpläne.
